Intelligence Enablement Manager (Remote) FireEye, Inc. Reston, VA Apply Now on Partner Site Job DescriptionThe Intelligence Enablement Manager (IEM) is responsible for being a liaison with multiple customers, internalIntelligence, and cyber security teams. The IEM will drive the implementation and delivery of the FireEye Mandiant Intelligence suite of products and services. You will be the key company advisor responsible for operational execution, expectation management, fulfilment, and day-to-day relationship management. This role will conduct client onboarding sessions, define ongoing performance requirements, and oversee site setup and technical integration activities. The IEM will ensure client threat concerns are considered in the production of intelligence products.At a high level, this role will be responsible for enabling the functional use of cyber threat intelligence between the client and the FireEye Mandiant Intelligence product. The IEM will manage regular touch points within the client organization, manage request tracking, provide internal debrief support, and execute customer feedback processes while ensuring contract adherence by both parties. This person will be a problem solver, document feedback, and escalate client issues to the appropriate team within FireEye and following up on client needs to ensure resolution.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of clients cyber threat intelligence subscriptionDevelops a trusted advisor relationship, taking a consultative approach to engage and advise on subscription consumption and overall customer CTI capabilitiesHelp clients operationalize cyber threat intelligence through a consultative process focused on best practices and industry trends.Assist in capturing and translating client requirements identified during the engagement process into the contract and operations processes.Transition new clients into a stable delivery models.Establish and maintain effective client communications.Facilitate client requests within their subscribed products.Escalate and track to resolution client issues.Collect, analyze and utilize customer feedback in internal processes.Participate in external IAM events such as conferences, working groups, and on-site visits with clientsCodifying client needs across accounts, use them to drive service delivery improvements.Travel up to 10%Qualifications2 5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence and/or technical account management Understanding of one or more of the following areas: Intelligence Analysis concepts, cyber risk analysis, threat analysis.Capability to communicate the value proposition for an intelligence led security strategy and be fully versed in the intelligence lifecycle.Understanding of contemporary cyber threat intelligence tools and concepts.Understanding of contemporary scripting languages such as python, and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a delivery method for indicators and intelligence.Ability to present complex topics using a bottom line up front approach with executives both internally and client facing.Additional Qualifications:Ability to operate independently and with little direction.Excellent written, verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to document technical process and convey business terms in clear language.Security+, CISSP, or other cyber security certificationsAdditional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
